Traditional
In today's competitive and image driven world you get one chance at first impression. In this environment having a strong business image is more important than ever. A traditional business headshot puts your best foot forward and displays you as a professional in your field. A traditional headshot is defined by more formal wardrobe styling and traditional backgrounds, typically dark grey, light grey or white.
We've created an engaging and efficient process to help get the most out of your session. You'll join us in our campbell river studio and once settled we'll warm up with a few dozen images which we'll review on the spot. We can then hone in on your strengths and based on your feedback and refine the process to create a business portrait you'll be thrilled with. Once you're final selection is made images are retouched and delivered within 24 hrs.
Typically you are in and out of the studio within 1/2 an hour. Rates are $145 plus tax.
Contemporary
A contemporary headshot is defined by more casual wardrobe and softer lighting it works well with bright colours and is a good fit for creative industries. These images make great images for social media profiles. They can break the rules while still being professional and stylized.
We setup different lights than a traditional portraits and are also chasing more character in your portraits. Similar to traditional portraits we'll get settled and warm up with a few dozen images which we'll review on the spot. We can then steer the session to create a look that is your own and a unique reflection of your brand.
Typically you are in and out of the studio within 1/2 an hour. Rates are $225 plus tax. in studio or $275 plus tax on location
Natural Light
A Natural light portrait brings a natural, authentic quality to your portraits. These images tend to look more casual and relaxed. They work well for relationship driven businesses and feel it bit more personal than traditional studio images. This is based partly on wardrobe choice but also by the soft outdoor light. Best times are towards the ends of the day and we are using locations to provide a natural
We have a number of locations that work well depending on the time of year and the weather conditions. During a Natural light portrait we work through different poses and show you on the back of the camera as we go. This process builds confidence. We will select the best 12-18 images are delivered via download link.
